These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by SARL Marrakech Weekend, a holiday rental agency and concierge service specializing in short‑term stays. By making a reservation, you agree to these Terms in full.
Booking
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A deposit is required to secure the reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 15 days before arrival.
- A booking is only confirmed once written digital confirmation has been issued.
Payment Terms
Payments may be made by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other agreed method.
Any applicable service fees, local taxes, or additional charges will be clearly indicated at the time of booking.
Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the property.
It covers damages, breakages, missing items, or extra cleaning.
The deposit is refunded within 10 days after departure, minus any justified deductions.
Cancellation Policy
30 days or more before arrival: full refund.
Less than 30 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
No‑shows or early departures: no refund.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests must respect the property, neighbors, and local regulations.
Parties and events are prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.
Maximum occupancy limits must be respected.
Smoking is not permitted indoors.
Pets are allowed only with prior approval.
Agency Liability
SARL Marrakech Weekend acts solely as an intermediary between guests and property owners.
The agency cannot be held liable for loss, injury, damage, or inconvenience occurring during the stay, except in cases of proven gross negligence.
Property Information
We strive to provide accurate and up‑to‑date descriptions of all properties.
Minor variations may occur due to updates or changes made by owners.
Force Majeure
The agency is not responsible for cancellations, modifications, or disruptions caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other force majeure circumstances.
Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable Moroccan data protection laws.
Information is shared only with parties necessary to process the booking or to comply with legal obligations.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Marrakech.
